The main room of the tent stayed dry in steady rain and fog. The screen porch area could be really nice and could have multiple uses only if the was fly was removable and big enough to cover it (I used a tarp.) Without the tarp, the rain would collect and “puddle” on the screen area floor. With the temps into the low 40’s, my buddy heater did a great job keeping the tent warm with plenty of ventilation. I was also surprised how well it held up to wind.
