Not standing by the warranty implies knowledge of and\/or denial of a defective product. A complaint about these cots is being made with the US Consumer Product Safety Commission. There is ample information in various feedback forums about these cots ripping. I am surprised Coleman is looking to perpetuate the problem rather than satisfying customers.
