I took it out on several camping trips in various weather conditions. I was warm and comfortable. On one trip the temp fell to about 33 degrees F during the night and I was easily able to stay warm. This bag is so comfortable! It fits about wall-to-wall in my Coleman Highline 4-Person Dome Tent and kept me warm on a 33-degree night. This sleeping bag is quite large for a 40-degree bag, much larger than some alternatives. I have been using Coleman products all my life.
